What is satisfaction ?

This is really an amazing question in quest of inner-peace and to achieve the state of nirvana.

I often use to hear from people that they are in search of some kind of satisfaction or whatever they do towards that seems less. (Literally some talk about Rolling Stones version of satisfaction :P)

Lot of people and preachers use to say that If you want a peace full life (or I say piece full of life) , learn to be self-satisfied. I wish if they have some kind self-satisfaction pills or 21 day course which can be pop-in to dilute all illusions offered by materialistic world.

A common middle class man is not satisfied because he wants a high profile life with full of luxuries and a Richie-rich  is not satisfied  because he can not get down from his car to enjoy street food with the family.

This example may conclude that their can not be any definite theory to achieve satisfaction as In it self satisfaction is a variable concept.(depending on person to person and their priorities in life.)

Lets do an small exercise :

Do you  remember what was the first career option you wanted to choose when you learnt about the concept of working for the first time.
(I guess for at least once in life,We all think in this way )

And now answer yourself honestly : Are you living that life ?
Now life is getting driven by your passion and enthusiasm or by your needs and sacrifices. ?

I hope with this little introspection,  I should be able to reach to a common understanding of satisfaction :
Building of satisfaction needs a strong foundation based on clear priorities and further by prioritized actions.

If you know what you want and you decide to drive your life only in that direction, No thing or person in this world would be able to  stop you from being satisfied and this feeling(only achieved after hard labor) is what I see as something called as state of self-satisfaction.

PS : Never confuse self satisfaction with compromise, Do identify your priorities in life and pledge to work like a clock to achieve them.

This is where feeling of satisfaction stays, tightly coupled to a happy soul.

Happy Living  :)

Your Internal Vacuum Cleaner (Introspection)

So how often we clean our home ? Once in a week or may be twice in a week , If you are a very good cleaning freak then four times a week.

Now the burning question, How often we vacuum ourselves ?

Vacuuming Our-self , Am I crazy  (For one sec you can imagine putting a vacuum cleaner's hose in your mouth :P) but you know that I don't mean it.

General life style :
My whole day was full of stupid stuff.
When I want to sleep I use to get lot of thoughts.
Most of the times I am thinking about the things which are never going to happen etc etc.
People talk - talk and talk. (We hear sounds , many sounds , positive ,  negative all types. )

So actually we are always constantly recording / receiving some or other stuff. (Full of goods and sometimes piles of rubbish.)

Vacuuming our-self is a concept where we can try to achieve a neutral state of mind precisely a thoughtless vacuum.Just think in this way that If you want to fill fresh water in your glass, you should not cry on throwing the wine.

Their can be many ways to achieve this state or to vacuum an one proven example I have seen is meditation. It is very much able to take you to new lands of peace. (but much different from sexual salvation.)

Try this guys:

Whenever you have no solutions , feeling frustration just open your vacuum cleaner , Take a deep breath , close your eyes , just think about your purpose on this planet and then focus on Zero.

And again go for a fresh start. (Why to race or fear anyone when we all have same destination)

Happy Living :)

I am happy to be a Joker and suggest you to be the same :P

Some days back while having a deep discussion with one of my cousins(Anurag),I made a statement that dude "This world is a circus and we all have to take our roles to fit in" and he casually replied that you definitely is the Joker.

Lately I thought about this and amazingly felt very good as this is what my soul always wanted to be,I mean the world is already full of lot of negative moods and complicated sadness and to balance we need a big army of many - many jokers.

To be very honest if their can be categorisation and grading or real happiness , the best happiness you would feel when you bring happiness to someones sad face , either by cracking some stupid self made jokes, stories or by making fun of yourself (my technique).

Once I got a comment that sometimes I use to laugh on my own joke and I am still not able to understand that the other person was worried about my socially unacceptable behaviour or was jealous of my capabilities of genuine laughs(I enjoy these).

Strongly , being a Joker is one best illusion to choose from world offerings, might possible that people would not like to stay for long with them , may be they would always be remained as the entertainers of the society but  for sure these joker would be gifted with the best sleep, thinking of all those curved smiling lines drawn by them on various faces .

So pledge being a Joker and to spread happiness in the society.

As from famous RK's film "Jeena yahan marna yahan iskey siva jana kahan"

Pata Nahi Ji "I don't know"

"I don't know"

How often in a day we hear or use this sentence in our daily life , sometimes with different flavors like to say as  "frankly I don't know" , which is quite a valid usage .

But the issue starts when we start using this sentence as a defence mechanism to some very genuine questions raised against our core.

I met some people , who talked about happiness , love , healthy relationships etc stuff . They are definitely very successful in one or other cosmetic phase of life but from inside always feeling that something is missing and when I asked what is that something ,again the famous reply "I don't know" !

So how does it work actually :

In office life
Saying :  I want to be the CEO of the company one day but what to do , I don't know.
Actual :  I know everything but I do not have guts to accept that I lack will power for that , So for an excuse I am using I don't know.

In Love life
Saying :  I love you so much , but I don't know what would be the future of our relationship.
Actual :  I am not strong enough to take the responsibilities coming with the relationship, So in spite of saying I am not ready , I am using I don't know.

In Philosophy
Saying :  Corruption in India is growing day by day , I don't know what should I do about it.
Actual :  I am actually myself  a defaulter and same time I can not work on me to change myself first. So using "I don't know".

There can be numerous such examples from our daily life and no point in pinpointing every thing .

But hope you guys can get the idea of this discussion , seriously from the experiences of the life of mine and many others, I have concluded that a clear NO or YES is thousand times better then of this I don't know.

Practise for you

Just do an exercise,  for all the most serious/light concerns of your life , Try to get an answer from yourself or others(as per case).
Note down for how many of those you get a  "I don't know". (Note on a paper)
Now work to find a solution to shrink these to YES/NO with the solutions.

Execute the solutions for YES and just forget about the the Nos.

Do this for one week and share the results. (I am sure you will be able to get a more clear vision of life.)

And yes I definitely know what/why I am writing this(YES). :p

Happy Living :- Cheers

Above Love & Hate (Art of seeing beyond words)

Hey All,

How many times you would have faced/used these lines in your life "I love you" or "I hate you".

Sometimes they sparkle light in our eyes and sometimes deep pains.

However I have some really interesting experiences from my life which actually directed me to hear to a third voice in such situations, A voice direct from the core.

Let me explain you with an example, Some days back I had a verbal phone fight with one of my dear friend on some petty issue and I said to him that I hate him , etc , etc bad words.

But later I started realising that this is the same person who has been very special to me and I should not have ever behaved in that way (specially when I always try to keep people around me happy.)

This was an interesting experience as I came to know that Its not me behaving in that way , These were actually merely my moods (positive , negative or stupid ) and If someone can see me beyond these moods can perfectly understand me.

So this is where the idea came from actually point to realize is this that I am not my moods and  I am not my words I speak in those stupid moods ,  I am someone above this all.

Same way in life if someone says something to you , You can take a deep breath and think that really if that person mean those things. (Ninety percent of the time people talk rubbish under the influence of their moods/feelings.)

By learning the art of seeing someone above words , We can try to make this world a more beautiful place, we can see true nature of people and can acquire a more strong power within us, strength to forgive others.

Cheers Happy Living....
